The House of Stones is a sightseeing and an education area that tells the story of stones and life, past and present.
It was built in 2017 with the help of the volunteers, using environmentally friendly materials such as stone, wood, clay, water and straw. The space is intended for workshops and non-formal education activities that facilitate the understanding of the concepts of geodiversity and biodiversity and their links.
The House of Stones is managed in partnership with the Wild Roots Association. The building of this visiting centre has received funding from Foundation for Partnership and MOL Romania in the Green Spaces Programme.
